  	Arthur P. Walch Plainview, Minn. Arthur P. Walch, 92, of Plainview, died Saturday (Oct. 8, 1988) at the River Valley Health Care Center, Wabasha, Minn., where he had been a resident the past year. He was born on June 11, 1896, in Winona County to Nick and Madeline Erpelding Walch. He attended country school in Mount Vernon Township, Winona County. He married Della Schneider in 1917 in Plainview; she died in 1924. He later married Lillian Neeb in Winona on June 11, 1929. They farmed for a number of years on Oak Ridge and then moved to Altura, Minn., in 1934. He then worked as an independent trucker. In 1942, they moved to Plainview where he was employed by the Lakeside Packing Co. Survivors include his wife; one son, LaVerne Walch of Plainview; three daughters, Jeannette
